TASTING NOTES
Eye: champagne with a golden robe and fine, light bubbles perfectly distributed.
Nose: we find scents of citrus fruits, yellow fruits and white flowers on the nose.
Palate: it is a silky champagne, with a touch of liveliness on the attack then aromas of yellow fruits. The finish is powerful, punctuated by a beautiful bitterness, and always this mineral freshness.
FOOD PAIRING
Charles Westler Extra Brut is a very beautiful cuvée for aperitif or at the beginning of a meal.
